Why I’m building it

I’m building Propklar to streamline property management for landlords in Germany and make it more intelligent.

I want landlords to spend less time on admin and have a clear view of what’s happening with their properties. That means bringing the everyday work into one place and helping them stay on top of what needs attention.

What it does

Propklar brings together rent, repairs, inspections and documents for landlords who manage their own properties.

• Rent tracking. Rent schedules come from the lease, with balances for paid, partial and overdue payments, plus deposit tracking.
• Repairs. Tenants report issues with photos. The contractor, cost and invoice stay attached to the job.
• Inspections. Reusable checklists cover handovers and routine checks, with photos and reports that can be shared by link.
• Property records. Leases, expenses, documents and messages stay with the property they belong to.
• A clearer view of the numbers. Landlords can see income, costs and profit for each property.

It’s built around German rental details like Kaltmiete, Nebenkosten and Kaution, with reminders for lease dates and notice periods.

What’s next

Automated rent regulation checks and a statutory deadline calendar are in development. Listings and applications are also planned.
